TaskItGlobal – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to TaskItGlobal (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by TaskItGlobal to businesses (“you,” “your,” or “the Client”) seeking to hire foreign workers. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Service Description


2.1 Worker Placement
TaskItGlobal facilitates the hiring of foreign workers who will work exclusively for your business, but who are formally contracted through TaskItGlobal.
2.2 Hosting Arrangements
All workers are hosted by TaskItGlobal, meaning the legal employment contract and administrative responsibilities (e.g., salary disbursement, HR matters) primarily reside with TaskItGlobal.

3. Contract Duration and Termination


3.1 Agreed-Upon Contracts
Once you have selected a worker, a service contract will be agreed upon between your business and TaskItGlobal.
3.2 Cancellation Notice Period
Contracts can be canceled, but a four (4) week notice period is required to ensure fair and orderly termination procedures. This notice period is in alignment with UK employment practices, and it ensures that workers are given proper notice before termination of their service.

4. Worker Rights and Benefits


4.1 Respect and Dignity
Workers are supporting their families. Even if they are located abroad, they deserve fair treatment and adequate notice regarding any changes in their employment.
4.2 Lunch Breaks
All workers are entitled to regular lunch breaks, consistent with UK standards.
4.3 Annual Leave
Long-term contracted workers are entitled to a reasonable amount of paid annual leave, comparable to what a UK worker would receive in a similar role.
4.4 Sick Pay
Long-term workers are also entitled to sick pay, ensuring financial security in case of illness, again in accordance with standard UK practices.

5. Reassignment of Workers


5.1 Unhappy with Current Worker
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your current worker, you may contact TaskItGlobal. We will make reasonable efforts to find another suitable worker to replace the current one, minimizing disruption to your business.

6. Fees and Payment


6.1 Invoices
Invoices for our services and for worker compensation are sent out either bimonthly or monthly, in accordance with the agreement established at the beginning of the contract.
6.2 Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid in a timely manner as specified in the invoice. Failure to do so may result in a temporary suspension or cancellation of services.

7. HR Issues and Disputes


7.1 Reporting Issues
All HR matters concerning any worker contracted through TaskItGlobal should be reported to us directly.
7.2 Contact Information

8. Termination Policy


8.1 Early Termination
If you wish to end the contract earlier than the agreed-upon duration, a four (4) week notice period is mandatory unless mutually agreed otherwise.
8.2 TaskItGlobal’s Right to Terminate
TaskItGlobal reserves the right to terminate a contract if the Client is found to be in material breach of these Terms or if there is any unlawful treatment of the worker.

9. Limitations of Liability


9.1 Indirect Damages
TaskItGlobal will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.
9.2 Compliance
It is the Client’s responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where the service is being used. TaskItGlobal is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal repercussions resulting from non-compliance by the Client.

10. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
